WHAT IS THE SUPPORTERS'
CLUB?
Mission Statement
“To
support and promote Chelmsford City Football Club and to serve
our members’ interests.”
What
Are We?
The
C.C.S.C. is a non-profit-making, membership-based organisation
that has several roles, namely:
-
to
raise funds for Chelmsford City Football Club;
-
to
raise awareness of the Football Club in the local community;
-
to
provide a ‘mouthpiece’ for the supporters of the Football Club;
-
to
provide a ‘line of communication’ between the supporters and
the Football Club.
Who
Are We?
The
C.C.S.C. is run by a Committee, the members of which are elected
on an annual basis by the Membership. The Committee is currently
made up of the following members:

Community
The
Community Officer has an annual budget of £500 which is utilised
to generate positive publicity about Chelmsford City’s role in
the community and to support charitable causes in the Borough of
Chelmsford. For example, the Club’s return to Chelmsford will see
the C.C.S.C. raise its profile in schools local to the Melbourne
area by offering free City merchandising and matchday tickets to
youngsters. A sponsored local charity will also be selected each
year, after consideration by the Committee and the members.
One
Voice
The
C.C.S.C. is here for the supporters. If any member has an issue

are heard.
