Sandro, pictured, was a former member of Benfica’s youth team in Portugal and impressed the Orient coaching staff with stints in England, leading to the left-winger signing a two year deal with the Sky Bet League Two club last summer.
The 19-year-old, whose full name is Sandro Emanuel Gonçalves dos Reis Pires Semedo, moved to England in 2012 to join Stoke City before being loaned out to Sky Bet League One side Colchester United.
He signed his two year deal with the O’s after scoring four goals in 13 games for the youth team last season, marking his professional debut on 1st September last year in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy, coming on as a late sub against Luton Town.
He’s recently returned from a loan spell at National League outfit Welling United and will now team up with the Clarets for one month, heading straight into the squad to face Havant & Waterlooville on Saturday, providing the pitch passes a 9am pitch inspection.
Meanwhile Christian Dibble, who made 17 appearances in goal for City earlier this season, returns to Essex until the end of the season, filling the void left by Tim Brown who returned to his parent club, West Ham United.
The Club would like to extend a warm welcome to both players and wish them an enjoyable and successful stay.
