Clarets Announce New Match Programme Editor

11 months ago By Matt Lee

Chelmsford City Football Club can confirm Steven Parker will be the new Match Programme Editor for the 2017-18 season.

“ If it is not broken there is no need to fix it, therefore I intend to continue this season's edition but make a few minor changes.” Steven Parker

Steven comes in as a replacement for outgoing Editor Scott Hatley, with the former progressing to a new job with Southend United Football Club.

A former Programme Editor for Witham Town and Stanway Rovers, Steven joins the Chelmsford City Media Team with a wealth of experience in the Print Media industry.

Steven, father of former Editor/Design Daniel Parker, joins the Clarets having helped within his son's Design company, Duplexity. The Company is responsible for designing football programmes for a number of Clubs, including numerous Football League outfits.

Speaking after his appointment, Steven said: "I am excited at the prospect of putting together a programme for a Club that has scooped National awards in the past.

"The previous Editor, Scott Hatley, has produced a programme to many many Football League sides. If it is not broken there is no need to fix it, therefore I intend to continue this season's edition but make a few minor changes to start with and it will evolve over time."
